Ian, together with his wife Janice, carry the message of the Father's Love, a foundational message of this present move. Ian and Janice were part of the senior staff when this move began in Toronto in January 1994. Their journey carried them to British Columbia in 2001, where their ministry is now based. Their ministry continues to be associated with Toronto through the Partners in Harvest association of churches.
Melinda Fish has said, speaking of Ian, "He disarms the seeking visitor with the awareness that God is flowing these days though regular folks just like himself. Ian probably doesn't realise how many people have received the Father's Blessing simply by watching him. And those who have received prayer from Janice and Ian testify to the Lord's prophetic anointing over their lives."
Janice and Ian have spoken several times in England, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Holland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, France, all over the USA, New Zealand, Nicaragua as well as Canada. Ian has also ministered several times in Mozambique with Rolland and Heidi Baker (of Iris Ministries).

Janice has been significantly impacted by Renewal and has been launched into her own ministry. Janice and Ian have become a team and love to minister together. They have found an increased anointing as they speak together. She, also from time to time, travels on her own speaking from her heart experience. She has grown to be a very effective and yet disarming communicator. God has used Janice to inspire others to be set free to reach their potential, as children of God.
